New Clubhouse coming to Fairfield South Trace Golf Course
Work begins on new golf clubhouse
Work has begun on a new clubhouse for Fairfield Greens South Trace. Demolition of the old clubhouse began in mid January (Watch Fairfield Echo video of the demolition).
The $2.2 million building will feature 7,000 square feet and will include a concession/grill area, a new pro shop and banquet space for up to 150 people.
The golf course will remain open during the construction. A temporary p
ro shop has been set up on site set up on site.
The new building is expected to be completed in November 2007.
