Region 1 Meeting - August 26th at 10:00AM

We will have a regional meeting at the Butler County GOP Headquarters (5964 Golf Club Lane - Off Rt. 4 near Walden Ponds) on Saturday, August 26th at 10:00 AM.

Items to be discussed include:

• Election of our Executive Committee representative to the Screening Committee and two (2) alternates.
• Election of Region 1 Secretary
• Review of open precincts (walking lists enclosed). Please look over the lists prior to the meeting. If you know of someone willing & able to serve, please let me know!
• General update (ORP phone banks, new headquarters, etc)

Out of respect for your time, I will do my best to run an efficient meeting. I anticipate that this will take no more than one hour of your time.

If you have any questions or if you’d like additional subjects addressed, please let me know so that I may gather any necessary information prior to the meeting.
